• Standard User pre-customised for CCS M2 cabinet (consignment) stock operation
• Access to all ERP modules. Automatic Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and order requirement generation for replenishment of target stock levels per SKU of each product and for each cabinet from multiple vendors
• At least one user is required for the basic functionality of the solution

INDIRECT MOBILE ACCESS USER (Optional)

• This user is limited to view the stock per cabinet with the necessary item master data such as expiry date and date of storage
• Tablet computer associated with the storage room serves as mobile hardware basis
• A separate user for the network operating system is necessary

Interface between the different CCS M2 cabinet solution components:
Automatic XML cabinet data file processing for files coming from CrossTalk Server incl. automatic closing of open orders with first cabinet inventory inbound of replenished products, online real-time mapping of cabinet stock movements (ADDs, DELETEs, INVENTORY) into stock information as per Material Management Module.

Automatic real-time reports on:

• Expiry date structure of cabinet stock
• Product stock and consumption in cabinets
• Serial no. and UID location across cabinet network to support product callbacks
• Free configurable alert functionality for workflow support and blood bag transit time
• FIFO planning according to surgery schedule per operating theatre
• UDI file of used implants for automated documentation in electronic patient record as per EU Medical Device Regulation

Optional interface to hospital ERP systems for automated replenishment order capture and real-time billing.
